Dear Members,
By now you will have seen both the Agency FAQ's and the backdated 2022/23 pay award finally land in your bank accounts. Given the fact there is quite a lot to digest, we have decided for now at least, to let the award speak for itself. Early next week though, we will provide you with a more detailed update once you have had time to reflect over the weekend on how you feel about this payment which has taken so long to reach you.
At this stage, we'd merely ask you to be mindful that next month's pay slip will bear little resemblance to the one you saw yesterday, given that it represents the equivalent of 6x monthly increases all landing in one go.
With your award now secured, we have informed your employer that the pay delay dispute has ended.
