The NCOA, under a proposal of the elections presiding officer, has decided to postpone the 2020 National Executive Committee elections.
For reasons of fairness of opportunity, transparency and the wider health & safeguarding concerns of members and NEC alike, it has been decided & documented to delay the tri-annual July election until such time as the Governments restrictions are lifted and fully functioning operations are resumed.
The NCOA believes that this decision is proportionate to the extraordinary conditions currently imposed and will continue to consider compliance with its rules once the restrictions are eased or fully removed.
