We are pleased to announce an additional member of staff who has joined the team.
Lucy Winstanley has over 30 years of experience in administration within Department of Work and Pensions, her primary role being the management of membership records, liaison partners and stakeholders and dealing with member queries on a daily basis.
Lucy said “I am really looking forward to assisting the members with their enquiries and supporting the growth of the union within the NCA”
