The NCA Remuneration Review Body has now forwarded the Home Secretary’s Remit Letter for the 2021/22 pay round. Whilst the content of this remit letter is not unsurprising as it reflects both the outcome of the HM Chancellors 2020 Spending Review and our recent direct engagement with the Home Secretary, it is disappointing.
