The NCA have instigated a Transformation Project and as part of this process an initial five sites had been identified for closure which are identified on the NCA Intranet.
The NCA has revealed that it is required to save £64 million over the next two years, from across the business and that part of this will be achieved by a reduction in the estates budget.
National Crime Officers Association Secretary, Nicola Price, is now engaged in a series of meetings with NCA management, in respect of the office closure process, in order to ensure that the interests of our members are fully considered and any resultant impacts are minimised.
Members will be supplied with more detail on this process via internal NCOA bulletins in order to safeguard the security of the office locations and members are also advised to contact their nearest workplace representation to voice their concerns.
