Members,
At a time when the National Crime Agency has just released the ‘People Survey 2014’ you may question why the NCOA has decided to release its own survey at the same time.
Whereas the NCA Survey (which we strongly encourage you to complete) is directed at all members of staff within the NCA, and largely mirrors the Civil Service survey, we really do need to know how our members are thinking and feeling at the moment.
Our job is to best represent your interests and we often rely on information provided by our network of reps across the country. However, a great deal has happened in the last year and with so much uncertainty facing us all over the next few years we need to know precisely what you are thinking.
It is envisaged that the NCOA Member Survey will become an annual feature to enable us to obtain a real flavour of what life is really like within the NCA, particularly during this period of significant change. The information we collate will be broken down and used by the NCOA to assess our membership as employees within the NCA. In turn we hope to be able to use this information during our negotiations on your behalf.
It is vital that we are able to rely on accurate information about our membership. Therefore, I really do hope that you will make time to complete the attached survey which should not take you more than a couple of minutes. Please rest assured that your personal details will remain completely confidential.
Please complete the survey....click here to access survey before the closing date of 31st October 2014 and forward it via email to: Membership@ncoa.org.uk
Many thanks.
Regards
Simon Boon
NCOA Chairman
