On Friday we let you know that the NCOA had formally written to the Agency to ask that the NCARRB report be shared with you by close of play today. If the Agency considered they were unable to do so, that they provide us with an assurance that they would actively engage with HM Govt to secure support for this act of good faith, recognising the extraordinary process endured by you all in the 22/23 pay round.
It is now 4pm Monday, and having heard nothing beyond a holding email on Friday reminding us that the NCARRB report is embargoed, we can assume there is no appetite to secure access for you at this time.
We continue to work hard on your behalf and will report back to you should the Agency’s position on this issue become more positive.
