On Friday 16th May, at St Albans Crown Court, Herts, all charges against NCOA members Brian Adair and Shelia Roberts were dismissed.
The 44 page judgment, from Recorder Jonathan Lee, detailed his findings and his rationale for not allowing the case to proceed to trial. Click here to download. In particular he acknowledged that the relevant material, subject of the charges, had been obtained lawfully by the members.
The NCOA have submitted an Unfair Treatment at Work Booklet on behalf of the members which challenges the conduct of the NCA Investigation against them.
